Heart Power is a full-spectrum, multi-disciplinary approach to well-being that incorporates
overall physical conditioning, meditation / awareness skills, and food-and-cooking for
high-energy health support.  

By learning and utilizing the tools of overall health through training of the Body, Mind, and
the Intuition, students attain the following:
  • increased energy and clarity
  • enhanced physical ability, senses, intuition, and reflexes
  • increased levels of overall functioning and energy control  

Fitness and Beyond...

Multi-disciplinary Conditioning:  This approach to overall conditioning
incorporates Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, Strength
/ Functional strength
techniques, and outdoor / recreational fitness.

Meditation / Awareness:  These exercises are often done outdoors and
with partners
, and include skills to quiet the mind and expand the
senses.

Sensing and Energy Control:  An expansion on the above skills,
involving the training of our senses.  These are also practiced
outdoors and on Awareness Walks.  

Food / Cooking:  What we fuel our bodies with is a powerful tool for
energy and healing.  We provide skilled instruction on nutrition and
cooking with a whole-foods private chef. This includes juicing and
cleansing.
